Insulating Flange Kits

Insulating Flange Kits made for specific requirements to ensure electrical insulation of buried pipelines and structures.

Care must be taken to ensure the SSD devices selected are set to symmetrical thresholds and not to asymmetrical threshold values. Ensure Bleed direction for Steady State AC bleed off, is to a grounding system and not to the continuing section of pipeline on the other side of the insulating flange kit.

“CEVLD70”, as well as its hazardous areas counterpart the “CEVLD70Ex”, are especially applicable where low equipotential thresholds are required across the insulating flange;

• also above ground,
• accessible to the public,
• sections of pipeline,
• Pipe racking

and non-grounded pipe supports ensuring ground decoupling whilst maintaining a low equipotential.
